Who This is For
- ✓ First-time AG exemption applicants: You own land, want to qualify, but don't know where to start.
- ✓ Keeping an exemption: You have AG status but worry it might be challenged or you're tired of managing it yourself.
- ✓ Hands-off owners: You like the land but don't want to run a full farm or manage bees.
- ✓ Small to medium acreage: 5–50 acres. We scale hive count to property size.
What You Don't Have to Do
- • Learn beekeeping
- • Deal with swarms or hive problems
- • Handle documentation or hive records
- • Manage appraisal district paperwork (though we advise on next steps)
